The Wedding Photographer - Bath

Paul was more than a photographer. He spoke with our guests to make them laugh and feel relaxed and comfortable, he enjoyed every part of our day with us. His quirky fun approach really suited our wedding and this is reflected in the amazing photos. He managed to be in five places at once and capture it all - the sensitive and the incredibly fun parts. We have had comments from so many of our friends wishing he had shot their wedding after seeing our photos. We think his approach is fantastic and are so thrilled with the result. He really took the most amazing photos. Thank you Paul, Chelsea and Chris.

Paul was our photographer for our December wedding, and was brilliant from the very first meeting. We felt at ease, and after a couple of conversations about style and content of images, we knew we were in good hands. There are enough things to worry about when planning a wedding, and to know that this wasn’t one of them was priceless. On the day, Paul managed to be there for all of the important shots, whilst managing to fade into the background – not once did we feel imposed upon. Both of us were concerned, as many people are , that we aren’t photogenic, but Paul got some amazing shots of us both. The most important thing that Paul achieved was to really capture the essence of the day – the atmosphere, and the love and laughter – no mean feat. Everyone, without exception, that has seen the photos have been extremely impressed – and we would recommend him to anyone – and in fact a couple of people have already taken his number! In summary – a great photographer, and a great guy.

Paul did such an amazing job of my sisters wedding photos that there really was no one else we would have rather had do ours. Our pictures really captured the day and we were so excited to get them back and see all the bits we didnt have time (or were too drunk!) to notice! In some of our favourites you can almost hear the people laughing and the music playing, they have such emotion and that we will never get bored of looking at them. Some of the pictures are absolute works of art and we will treasure them forever. Paul was discreet and a pleasure to have around all day and our precious box of photographs will be top of the list of things to save should our house ever catch fire!!! Dom and I got married in July and Paul did our photos. Having seen the pictures he'd done of my sister's wedding, I knew that they would be great so I wasn't at all aprehensive about seeing them. They didn't disappoint! Paul managed to capture the atmosphere of the day perfectly. He managed to take a million pictures and I hardly remember seeing him - we didn't feel like we were being papped from all angles and yet all the important moments somehow managed to be caught on camera. We are thrilled with the end result and are recommending Paul to everyone we know who is planning a wedding.

We cannot say a big enough THANK YOU! We couldn't believe the photos when they arrived - very promptly may I add. It is always such a nervous time as you never really know how your only lasting physical memories are going to turn out - no matter how good the portfolio you have looked at beforehand. We searched long and hard for a wedding photographer and having found Paul we can safely say that all of our effort was worthwhile. Not only did he feel like one of the guests with his easy going manner and friendly attitude, Paul also managed to capture an incredible record of our special day that we and our family and friends have taken great pleasure in looking at time and again. Thanks so much for our fantastic photos, we love them! There are so many good ones that it is difficult to say which are our favourites. Just to let you know that our wedding photos arrived on Tuesday. Thank you so much they are better than anticipated! We wanted natural, captured moments from the day and that is exactly what they achieved. There is a lovely selection of black and white, sepia and colour shots including almost everybody who attended. They are really beautiful and even Al who doesn't like having his photo taken is really pleased with several and won't object to me putting them up in the flat! Graham I love some of the shots of little details that I don't even remember and especially the shots of my little nephew. We really appreciated you staying so long to capture the dancing in the evening.

Dearest Paul, Martin and I are absolutely THRILLED with our wedding photographs - they are wonderful and accutely capture so many moments and personalities, not to mention the blitz spirit of the day! Given that we had possibly the wettest wedding and were confined to the marquee, we are truly impressed that you turned such a one dimensional background into really vibrant setting, and though i swore more than i smiled when you led us to the gardens for the shots in the rain, i am SO grateful that you insisted because the photographs you took of us in the gardens of Wayford Manor really are the best shots of us. i love them.

Hi Paul, we've been meaning to get in touch with you for a while to say how much we love the photos - they definitely have the 'wow' factor and so many people who've seen them have said that they felt they were actually there, as you really have captured the 'magical' surroundings and atmosphere of the day. I wanted to thank you for the fabulous photographs you have done for our wedding. We LOVE them, as do all our friends who look extremely glamorous! Not only did we love the photographs but both Paul and Jessie were so easy to have around. Paul was by my side a lot of the time and was so calming and encouraging.
